The League of Women Voters of Johnson County will host a legislative forum on environmental issues Saturday morning in Coralville.
Johnson County legislators who say they will attend include Zack Wahls, Dawn Driscoll, Janice Weiner, Dave Jacoby, Amy Nielsen, Heather Hora, Elinor Levin, Adam Zabner, and Judd Lawler. League members will moderate the forum and accept questions from the audience.
Saturday’s topic is “The Environment and Water Quality”. Organizations with a particular interest in the issue have been invited to participate.
Saturday’s forum runs from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Coralville City Hall on 7th Street. It will be streamed live on the League of Women Voters of Johnson County Facebook page, and it will later be posted on the League’s web site (www.lwvjc.org) and on the City Channel 4 web site (www.citychannel4.com).
