The Johnson County Board of Supervisors held its organizational meeting for 2025 on Thursday, and began by appointing Jon Green as Chairperson for 2025. V Fixmer-Oraiz was appointed as Vice Chairperson.
In a release from the County, Green said, “I’m grateful to my colleagues for their confidence in serving as our chairperson in 2025, which I expect to be a dynamic and challenging year at times. Fortunately, we have a good team to meet challenges and take opportunities.”
Lisa Green-Douglass, Rod Sullivan and newly elected member Mandi Remington round out the Board.
