A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a riot last month outside an Iowa City mall.

Iowa City Police were called to a large fight outside the Iowa City Marketplace just before midnight on October 26th. Arriving officers say about 15 people were engaging in violent behavior.

18-year-old Taliyah Halliburton of Clearwater Court was charged with Participating in a Riot at the time of the incident. Now a second suspect, 36-year-old Tasheanna McConnell of Holiday Road in Coralville, faces the same charge. She was booked into the Johnson County Jail just before 4:45 Monday afternoon.

If convicted, both women face a maximum of five years in prison.
