A Solon woman was arrested last week after an alleged assault on her stepmother.
Police say the incident occurred on October 30th just after 5:30pm. 23-year-old Brook Groeschen was reportedly in an argument with the woman that started over the WIFI password being changed.
During the argument, Groeschen allegedly threw a full gallon-sized bottle of vinegar at her stepmother, hitting her in the right side of her abdomen.
Officers reported that the victim was in pain, and that Goroeschen admitted to throwing the bottle towards her stepmother.
She was charged with first offense Domestic Assault, a simple misdemeanor.
A no-contact order was issued by Judge Jason Burns on October 31st; a non-jury trial has been set for December 27th.
