Iowa City Police searching for missing teen

The Iowa City Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing teen.

Sebastian Young, 14, was last seen in the 1100 Block of Arthur Street around 5 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2024.

Sebastian is 5’5″, 130 pounds, and was last seen wearing black and blue pants, a two-toned jacket, a black shirt, and pink high top shoes.

Anyone with information on Sebastian’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Joint Emergency Communications Center at 319-356-6800.
