A third suspect has been charged in connection with a beating in North Liberty earlier this week.
24-year-old Kihl McCray joins 24-year-old Markhail McCray-Miles and 24-year-old Anthony Hadley in being charged with Assault With Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. The three men are accused of punching and kicking another subject while he was on the ground outside the men’s Sugar Creek Lane residence just before 11:00 Thursday morning. The man suffered facial and rib injuries.
If convicted, all three men face a maximum of two years in jail.
