Craig A. Jones Trucking has gifted $5,000 for sidewalk infrastructure at the new Muscatine County Fair Event Center. That’s according to a news release from the fair board.
The new event center will be able to host events such fair activities, wedding receptions, family reunions, birthday parties, and more. Supporters say there is nothing of similar size or scope within 50 miles.
The event center will seat 500 people and have large kitchen facilities to accommodate catering businesses, and its appearance will tie into the surrounding historic buildings already at the fairgrounds.
