Former University of Iowa basketball player Megan Gustafson looks to stay hot as she leads Spain’s women’s basketball team into action again on Saturday.
Spain is 2-0 so far in Olympic Group Stage action. In those games, Gustafson is averaging a double-double, including 23.5 points and 10.5 rebounds per game. The 2019 NCAA National Player of the Year is also averaging 2.5 steals and one block per contest.
Spain next faces Serbia Saturday morning at 6:30, Iowa time, on Peacock. The team has already clinched a spot in the Olympic quarterfinals.
