A Quad Cities woman has been arrested after she allegedly refused to return a vehicle from an Iowa City car rental agency.
Arrest records indicate University of Iowa Police pulled over a 2023 Kia Forte being driven by 27-year-old Keeanne Miles of Bettendorf after it was reported as stolen from Enterprise Rent-a-Car on Highway 1 West. Miles allegedly rented the car and refused to return it when it was due Friday morning.
Miles is charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Owner’s Consent. If convicted, she faces a maximum of two years in jail.
