City officials in Tiffin are warning of a text scam targeting the city’s residents.
A post on the official City of Tiffin Facebook page includes a screen shot of a scammer texting a resident about a two-minute survey regarding issues affecting the city. Tiffin officials say they never commissioned such a survey.
Those who receive the text are warned not to click on the included link.
