A Lone Tree woman who just had her license revoked last month was reportedly caught driving while intoxicated.

35-year-old Katie Bachman was called in for being intoxicated and was stopped on the 600 block of Eastbury Drive at approximately 3:15 Thursday afternoon.  Upon contact, she allegedly admitted to drinking and had bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech and impaired balance. After showing measurable signs of intoxication, a PBT showed her breath-alcohol level at .171 percent; a subsequent Datamaster measured it at .194 percent.

Bachman’s two 12-year-old children were in the vehicle with her, and she reportedly admitted she should not have driven them in her current state.

Bachman’s license had just been revoked on May 21st for 180 days.

She was charged with OWI first offense, two counts of Child Endangerment, Operation of Impounded Vehicle, and Driving while Revoked. If convicted on all counts, Bachman could be sentenced to seven years in prison.
