U.S. Cellular is hosting a program Tuesday at Kinnick Stadium to help parents guide their children into the world of cellphones and social media.
“Screen Sanity Parent Night” is designed to help parents unpack today’s hottest screentime topics. Parents will receive tips and tricks to raise kids in an increasingly digital world. The free event features expert-guided content from nonprofit Screen Sanity that includes a roadmap to introduce youth to smartphones and social media. The content is designed for adults only with practical ways to talk with kids about screen use.
The event runs from 6 to 7:30 Tuesday night in the Ted Pacha Family Club in the north end zone of Kinnick Stadium.
