Iowa City woman accused of using a stolen credit card to make withdrawals

An Iowa City woman was arrested after it was determined she allegedly used a stolen credit card to make a series of withdrawals.

An investigation determined that 46-year-old Tina Fults of South Governor Street used the victim’s cards at three different ATM’s between 6pm  March 12th  and around 3am March 13th. Four different withdrawals were transacted totaling  $613.

Fults allegedly admitted to using the card to make the withdrawals, and the victim reportedly did not give her permission to make the withdrawals.

Fults was charged with 4th degree Theft, a serious misdemeanor punishable by a jail sentence of up to one year if convicted.
