The incident allegedly occurred Friday night at around 7:30 at the residence of 43-year-old Gerrod Martin.  He reportedly attempted to stop the woman and their kids from leaving the home. Martin is accused of blocking the woman in with a car, then grabbing the steering wheel while she was driving.
