Cedar Rapids Police have issued an Operation Quickfind on a 14-year-old boy missing since Friday afternoon.
Leo Adelmund is a Caucasian teen standing approximately 5’5” and weighing about 90 pounds. He was last seen at the Ground Transportation Center on 1st St SE at about 12:30pm Friday and was wearing a black long-sleeve t-shirt with black sweat pants.
The boy is in need of his medication.
