An Illinois man arrested Friday night for having a fictitious ID was reportedly back with a new one on Saturday , leading to him being taken into custody.

According to staff at the Summit Bar on South Clinton Street, 20-year-old Ryan Dunbar of Lemont, a southwest suburb of Chicago, was causing problems with someone in the bar and was being removed when police got involved at around 12:15am Sunday. They reportedly found Dunbar with bloodshot watery eyes, impaired speech, unsteady balance, and the odor of ingested alcohol. He also was wearing bar wristbands.

Dunbar allegedly was carrying a fictitious Illinois ID making him appear to be of legal drinking age.  It reportedly was at least the second one he had access to, as police had arrested him the night before with a different fictitious ID.

Dunbar faces Public Intoxication and Fake ID possession charges. If convicted on Sunday’s incident, he could be sentenced to up to 13 months in jail.
