UPDATE: EMILY HAS BEEN LOCATED AND IS SAFE.
Iowa City Police are looking for a missing woman.
Emily Payne, 32, was last seen in the 900 Block of Sandusky Drive. At that time, she was last seen wearing a green sweatshirt and blue shorts. Emily is 5’5″, approximately 200 pounds, and has blonde hair.
Anyone with information on Emily’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Johnson County Joint Emergency Communication Center at 319-356-6800.
