The last laps at two area kart tracks will be run today.
CBS2 reports Speedeezz Indoor Karting announced the closing of their two Cedar Rapids locations at the end of business Sunday on their Facebook page.
Without giving an explanation, the post thanked patrons for their support over the last nearly six years.
The business will not be issuing refunds. The post ends with, “We built a family here, and while this is so very hard, we have so many great memories to cherish.”
The business closes at 8pm.
