A Keokuk County animal rescue organization is seeking donations after a fire destroyed much of its equipment and resources.
According to a post on the Facebook page of UNleashed in South English, a fire ruined kennels, carriers, a new generator, most of their basics and all of their live traps.
No people or animals were injured, and the sanctuary is still intact.
Unleashed is looking for donations of cat carriers, live traps, cat food, totes for storage, litter, collars, leashes, scratching posts, wood for catios, lap blankets, medical supplies, rags, and bleach.
