An Iowa City man who allegedly performed sex acts on another man against his will this past summer has been arrested.

According to the criminal complaint, 58-year-old Gregory Hills had previously gotten rides from the reported victim, who he then let sleep on his couch. On the morning of July 22nd, Hills offered the man his bed, volunteering to take the couch.

Hills first insisted that the man drink with him. He poured the man a drink and reportedly made him  finish it. The victim said he felt groggy and passed out. He told authorities that he woke up later to Hills sitting on him and rubbing his back. He then allegedly rolled the man over and began performing sex acts against the victim’s will.

A warrant was issued for Hills’ arrest last week, and he was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon. If convicted on 3rd degree Sexual Abuse charges, Hills could be sentenced to up to ten years in prison.
