An Iowa City home invasion suspect has been arrested again after a reported fight.

Iowa City Police were called to a residence on Hollywood Court just after 5pm Thursday for a reported assault. Responding officers pulled over a Ford Mercury with license plates that did not match those police had on file. The driver, identified as 18-year-old Rachel Livio of Lower West Branch Road, allegedly told investigators that she had been involved in the fight. She was arrested for Driving While Barred.

Livio is current awaiting arraignment on two counts of Assault Causing Bodily Injury and one count each of 1st Degree Burglary, 4th Degree Criminal Mischief, Possession of Marijuana, and Providing False Identity Information stemming from an incident last month. Police say Livio and 22-year-old Divia Greer of Crosspark Avenue broke into a residence in the Town & Campus Apartments on Arthur Street the night of October 4th and assaulted two people inside. Livio reportedly left her purse behind, and inside police found a paystub with her name on it along with a baggie of marijuana.

If convicted on all counts from the alleged home invasion, Livio could be sentenced to a prison term of over 29 years. A conviction on the latest charges could bring a sentence of two years in prison.
