An Oxford man faces decades in prison after allegedly selling large quantities of meth, and possessing drugs found during a search warrant.

According to police, there were two incidents in June where 33-year-old Brendan Clark of West State Street sold a quantity of a white crystalized substance. One incident was observed at the South Riverside Drive Kum & Go the morning of June 25th. The substance was field tested and came back positive for methamphetamine.

A search warrant for Clark’s residence was granted and executed on August 4th. Police allege that his apartment contained 134 grams of marijuana, over 12 grams of a white crystalline substance, 2 digital scales, a glass pipe with residue, and several unknown pills.

An arrest warrant was served on Clark last week. He’s been charged with three Class B Controlled Substance violations and three counts of Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp. If convicted on all counts, he could be sentenced to up to 90 years in prison.

A public defender was assigned to Clark; court dates have yet to be set.
