A Hills woman faces several charges after a speeding stop allegedly turned up marijuana and methamphetamine, and she tried to conceal drugs on her person at the Johnson County Jail.
Police reportedly observed 27 –year-old Taylor Miller of Oakridge Avenue going over the speed limit and operating a vehicle with expired registration. They stopped her near the intersection of Highway 6 East and Lakeside Drive.

A prescription bottle allegedly had three pills inside; the name of the person prescribed the drug was scratched out.
A check of Miller’s driving record shows her status as suspended through October 2022.
When taken to the Johnson County Jail, deputies there say Miller took a baggie of cocaine out of her bra and put it in her mouth.
She’s been charged with Driving while Suspended, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd offense Controlled Substance violation, Keeping a vehicle for Controlled Substances, unlawful Possession of a Prescription Drug, and Possession of Contraband in a Correctional Institution.
