The Cosgrove Hustlers and Johnson County 4H are teaming up to gather supplies for those affected by Hurricane Ida.

Items needed include canned goods with pop-top lids, dry non-perishable food items, ready to eat foods, beverages like water and energy drinks, and animal supplies like dog and cat food, farm animal feed, hay and animal bedding.

They have two drop off locations on Sunday between 11am and 4pm; the Cosgrove Institute on 400th Street Southwest in Oxford, and the Johnson County Fairgrounds. Contact Joe at 319-471-6411 if you have items to donate but need them picked up by the 4H dads.

The group hopes to fill a trailer with items and bring them to St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana Monday to help the victims of Ida.
