Police were called to the 2400 block of Muscatine Avenue at 3:10am Tuesday on reports of a domestic incident. They learned that 33-year-old Benjamin Arvidson has been dating and/or living with a woman for over a year. The two allegedly got involved in a physical altercation, where Arvidson reportedly slapped the woman across the side of the face, causing injury.
