The Big Ten announced Monday a full breakdown of women’s basketball conference games for all 14 schools for the 2020-21 season.

Each school will play a 20-game Big Ten schedule this season, adding two conference games from the previous two years, and may play up to five non-conference games.

The Conference says that the schedule is built with corresponding byes and a collapsible bye during the final week of the regular season to allow for maximum flexibility in the potential rescheduling of games.

The dates for the Big Ten Women’s Basketball Tournament have been moved to March 9th through the 13th at Banker’s Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis to accommodate the expanded conference schedule.

Each team has seven road-home games against opponents, with three home-only and three road-only games to round out the 20-game schedule. Iowa’s road-home opponents are Wisconsin, Rutgers, Minnesota, Ohio State, Northwestern, Indiana, and Nebraska. They’ll host conference games against Purdue, Penn State and Michigan. Their road games will be against Michigan State, Illinois, and Maryland.

Iowa kicks off the conference season on Saturday December 5th as they host Wisconsin. TV designations and starting times will be announced at a later date.

The women’s season kicks off Wednesday as the Hawkeyes host Northern Iowa at 6:30. That game will be streamed live on BTN Plus.
