A Muscatine man has died after he was hit by a car Saturday morning.
According to the Iowa State Patrol, 33-year-old Cody Terpenning was walking in the travelled portion of the 3600 block of Grandview Avenue just after 6:15am when he was struck by a southbound 2007 Mercury Mariner. Terpenning was killed. The driver of the car, identified as 51-yerar-old Tamar Coey, was not injured.
The accident remains under investigation.
