Four University of Iowa sororities have been sanctioned by the school for violating its COVID-19 regulations.
Details of the accusations against Alpha Phi, Delta Gamma, Gamma Phi Beta, and Pi Beta Phi have not been released.
The UI Panhellenic Council has ordered the four sororities to post apologies on social media. They must also co-sponsor a joint campaign on COVID-19 awareness, including organizing a drive to collect PPE for local organizations.
The UI says two fraternities are also under investigation for COVID-19 regulation violations.
