University of Iowa officials have received a second sexual assault report in five days.
The latest report, posted on Wednesday, says UI officials received a report of a sexual assault that occurred on Saturday, Sept. 12 at an east side residence hall. Indications are the assault was perpetrated by an acquaintance.
Last Friday UI officials said they received a report of a sexual assault at a fraternity house.
That incident happened on Thursday, September 3rd. Indications are that assault was also perpetrated by acquaintances.
No other information for either case is being released at this time.
