A late night golf cart ride near the Coralville Reservoir has led to a North Liberty man’s arrest.
Johnson County Sheriff’s deputies say they encountered 37-year-old Joshua Lenz of Wenrose Drive crossing Curtis Bridge Road in a golf cart near its intersection with Twinmill Drive at 1:50 Saturday morning. Lenz allegedly admitted to drinking, showed signs of intoxication, performed poorly on field sobriety tests, and registered a blood alcohol content of .172 on a Datamaster.
Lenz was arrested and charged with Operating While Intoxicated – 1st Offense.
