The Cedar Rapids Police have issued an Operation Quickfind case for a 12 year old boy who was last seen nearly a week ago.
Mekhi Boyce is described as a black male 5 foot 11 and about 120 pounds, with a scar on his right forearm. He was last seen at around 11:15am July 15th in the 300 block of 16th Street Southeast.
