Allegedly grabbing a woman’s breasts and exposing his penis has led to the arrest of an Iowa City man.
According to arrest records, around 10:45pm on June 17th, 29-year-old Brandon Blake of Muscatine Avenue was at the Town & Campus Apartments on Arthur Street when he allegedly forcefully grabbed a woman’s breasts from behind without permission. Police say he also exposed his penis to the woman and two other witnesses.
Blake was booked into the Johnson County Jail just after 8:15 Saturday night and charged with Indecent Exposure and Assault. If convicted on both charges, he faces a maximum of 13 months in jail.
