A man’s body was pulled from the Coralville Reservoir on Thursday.
That’s according to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, who says the body was found floating in the water near West Overlook Beach by kayakers Thursday morning. The sheriff’s office was notified just before 9:45am.
The man has not been identified, and no foul play is suspected.
The body was transported to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics for an autopsy as the investigation continues.
