The second of two men accused of killing an Iowa City man is back in Johnson County.

44-year-old Reginald Little of Cross Park Avenue was booked into the Johnson County Jail just after 2:15 Friday afternoon after being extradited from Texas. Little and 22-year-old Durojaiye Antonio Rosa each face 1st Degree Murder charges in the April 20th shooting death of Kejuan Winters. Rosa has allegedly told investigators that he and Little entered Winters’ Broadway Street apartment only with the intent of robbing him, not shooting him. If convicted of 1st Degree Murder, each man faces life in prison.

Police have arrested two others in connection with the case. 21-year-old Jordan Hogan of Cross Park Avenue was arrested on April 25th for allegedly lying to detectives to help Little and Rosa escape. He’s charged with Obstructing Prosecution or Defense, an Aggravated Misdemeanor punishable by a maximum of two years in prison.

30-year-old Whitney Claybon of Cross Park Avenue was arrested on June 13th after she allegedly told investigators the previous month that she had driven one of the suspects to Chicago to help him escape the area. Investigators later learned she had actually driven him to Minnesota. Claybon is charged with Accessory After the Fact and Obstructing Prosecution. If convicted on both charges, she faces a maximum of four years in prison.

An arraignment date for Little has not yet been set. Rose has a case management conference set for September 11th, with trial scheduled for November 3rd.
