Democratic presidential hopeful Joe Biden has been announced as the keynote speaker for the Iowa Democratic Party’s annual Hall of Fame event next month.
The Gazette reports the event will be held online amid coronavirus pandemic concerns and is scheduled for July 26th.
In a news release, state party Chairman Mark Smith said, “Our work to elect Democrats up and down the ticket has never been more important.”
