North Dubuque Street from Foster Road to Linder Road NE is expected reopen at 10 a.m. Thursday.
That’s according to a news release from the city of Iowa City.
The road was temporarily closed on Saturday after protesters used the street to access Interstate 80 last Thursday and Friday nights.
Both on and off ramps for Interstate 80 will also be reopened to normal traffic.
