An Iowa City mobile home park resident is accused of masturbating inside the park office in front of a female employee.
According to arrest records, 26-year-old Jesus Helario Arce of the Forest View manufactured housing community on Laura Drive went into the office to pay his rent around 7:45 Saturday morning. Arce then pulled out his erect penis and began masturbating in full view of a 69-year-old female employee. After several minutes, Arce recovered himself and left the office.
Arce later admitted to police that he had masturbated in front of the woman, saying he had done so a few times previously. He noted that the employee was aware he was doing it and never told him to stop, so he assumed it was okay.
The woman has since requested a no-contact order.
Arce is charged with Indecent Exposure. If convicted, he faces a maximum of one year in jail.
