A University of Iowa student was arrested early Sunday morning after allegedly admitting to urinating in public.
The student was reportedly found outside the Summit a little after 2:30am , trying to buckle his belt and stumbling in front of the bar. Upon contact, a puddle of urine was located nearby, and he allegedly admitted to urinating.
He was reportedly observed with bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech, an odor of ingested alcohol, and bar wristbands. A search incident to arrest allegedly turned up a fictitious ID.
The student faces charges of Public Intoxication, public urination, and possession of a fake ID. He faces up to 13 months in jail if convicted on all charges.
