A local real estate company is planning to build a Tiny Home community in Iowa City.
The Johnson Team from Skogman Realty has announced the future addition of Tiny Homes to the Sycamore Woods development, which is located just off Whispering Meadow Drive. A news release says the homes blend modern efficiency with accessibility. The zero-entry, step-free design is touted as providing easy access for people of all ages and abilities, and the homes will include energy-efficient systems and sustainable materials to promote environmentally conscious living.
The definition of a “Tiny House” varies, but most have floorplans of between 400 and 600 square feet.
