Let’s start 2025 right…by saving lives!
On Monday, January 6, 2025, the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office is pleased to partner with ImpactLife Blood Center to help save lives by hosting a Heroes for Life blood drive! We are inviting our employees and supporters to join our efforts. Because of the holidays, and the great need, ImpactLife is offering a nice thank you ($30 gift card of your choice, the Heroes for Life t-shirt, or points to the ImpactLife store)!
For patients in need, donated blood can change everything. Blood products are used to help people – our friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers – as they treat cancer, chronic diseases, and traumatic injuries. This is only possible with the help of volunteer blood donors.
Our JCSO blood drive is coming up on Monday, January 6, 2025 from 12-3pm at 511 S Capitol Street, Iowa City. To see the available time slots for appointments and to save your spot, click the following link: https://login.bloodcenter.org/…/drive_schedule/138325
If you have questions about donor eligibility, click here: https://www.bloodcenter.org/donate/donor/requirements-faq/
With every donation you make, you help establish a sustainable community blood supply for years to come. Thank you for your support. We hope to see you at our drive!
