A gas line break led to a brief evacuation in Iowa City’s Northside Neighborhood.
The incident was reported just after 4:00 Monday afternoon near Pop’s Barbecue on North Dubuque Street. Market Street was blocked off at its intersection with Linn Street and nearby buildings were evacuated.
The break was fixed, and there were no reported injuries.
