Two men were arrested Sunday afternoon after a road rage incident in Washington.
According to a release from Washington police, officers responded to multiple calls about a motor vehicle accident with shots fired in the 200 block of West Madison Street.
It was reported that a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado driven by 27-year-old Aaron Kron of Riverside backed his vehicle into a 1997 Chevrolet Suburban near the intersection of West Madison and South Ave. B.
Kron reportedly drove away from the scene with the Suburban still attached to his vehicle as a passenger in the Suburban, 24-year-old Daegan Brown of Brighton, fired a handgun at the Kron vehicle.
Both vehicles eventually came to a stop, just north of the intersection of East Washington and South 9th. No one was injured in the shooting incident.
Kron was arrested and charged with Assault While Displaying a Dangerous Weapon and Brown was arrested and charged with Intimidation With a Dangerous Weapon. Both were transported to the Washington County Jail.
The incident remains under investigation and no further information will be released at this time.
