Iowa City Police say a Marion man lifted the blinds of an apartment from the outside and masturbated in front of the resident.
The incident reportedly occurred just before 2:30 Wednesday morning. Arrest records indicate 43-year-old Patrick Martinson of East Post Road opened a window in an occupied Iowa City apartment, lifted the blinds, and began masturbating in full view of the resident without her consent.
Martinson has since been arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure and Intentional Trespassing. If convicted on both counts, he faces a maximum of two years in jail.
