An area transient who is serving a five-year sentence for enticing a minor under 16 for sexual purposes faces additional charges after allegedly having sex with an underage girl.
27-year-old Gael Mpia was sentenced on May 15th for an incident that occurred March 29th.
According to a new criminal complaint, another incident occurred the evening of March 14th. When they attempted to leave, Mpia reportedly chased after them as they fled the apartment. He wrapped his arms around one of the girls and allegedly prevented her from leaving as she screamed for him to get away.
