An area transient who has been trespassed from an Iowa City drugstore for repeated thefts has been arrested at that location again.

Police say 31-year-old Porscha Curry has been trespassed from CVS Pharmacy on Muscatine Avenue multiple times. Sunday night, she reportedly entered the store and obtained a garbage bag out of a box. She then allegedly filled the bag up with multiple bottles of alcohol and some clothing items.

Curry left the store passing all points of sale without paying for any of the merchandise. She was caught by Iowa City Police in the parking lot.

Curry reportedly had over $100 in items she had taken from the store. She was also reportedly in possession of a metal pipe with burnt residue on both sides that she removed from her bra and threw to the ground.

Curry was charged with Trespass, 3rd degree Theft, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She could be sentenced to over two years in jail if convicted.
