Four people were injured in a rollover accident on Interstate 80 near Oxford that backed up traffic Friday morning.
According to the Iowa State Patrol, an RV pulling a Jeep was westbound near the Black Hawk Avenue overpass around 8 a.m. when it drifted into the north ditch for unknown reasons. The driver overcorrected and hit a guardrail near the bridge, then hit another guardrail before rolling into the median.
Four occupants were taken to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics…one requiring transport via AirCare. Their names and conditions have not been released.
