A transient is accused of trying to entice a minor for sex.
Iowa City Police say 43-year-old Eric Rundle began communicating with a person he believed to be a girl under the age of 16. Rundle reportedly told the other subject he wanted to commit sex acts with her inside his vehicle.
Rundle arrived at a pre-arranged location in Iowa City just after 12:30 on the afternoon of May 22nd and was arrested. He faces a charge of Enticing a Minor for Sexual Purposes. If convicted, he faces a maximum of five years in prison.
