The City of Coralville will collect branches or limbs downed by the severe thunderstorms that took place on Friday beginning Tuesday.
The collection will continue through Wednesday, June 5th.
Contact the City of Coralville Streets Department at 319.248.1740 to schedule a pick up; collection may not be on your regular garbage day.
Crews will collect storm debris from the curb from residential properties only. Individual tree branches and limbs should be no greater than 6 inches in diameter, and no more than 4 feet long. Place at the curb for pickup. Please do not block the roadway or stormwater drains. Stickers are not required for branches and limbs, and there is no charge for collection.
The City does not remove trees or limbs from private property. If you need help cleaning up storm debris on your property, contact a private hauler or tree/landscaping service.
Loose yard debris should be placed curbside in biodegradable Coralville yard waste bags.
