A Marshall County man faces charges that he threatened a pair of Iowa City residents with a loaded firearm.

The incident reportedly happened at about 7:15 on the night of May 16th. Iowa City Police say 23-year-old Gage Gorham of Albion was involved in an argument inside a River Street apartment when he pulled a gun from behind his back, loaded a round into the chamber, and then yelled at two other people. The two then left the apartment in fear.

Gorham was booked into the Johnson County Jail just after 1:00 Thursday morning and charged with two counts of Assault While Displaying a Weapon. If convicted, he faces a maximum of four years in jail.
