The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a North Liberty man accused of leading deputies on a chase back in March.

34-year-old Tylor Hogan of the Holiday Lodge manufactured housing community was booked into the Johnson County Jail just after 6:30 Sunday morning. Arrest records indicate deputies tried to initiate a traffic stop on Hogan’s 2004 Chevy Impala on Croell Avenue in Tiffin just after 1:30 on the morning of March 2nd. The car had California plates that did not match the vehicle. Hogan was also allegedly driving with a revoked license and no insurance.

Hogan reportedly ignored the officer’s lights and siren and led him on a pursuit reaching speeds of 75 miles per hour in a 25 mile per hour zone, including blowing through stop signs at State and Stephans Streets and Stephans Street and Marengo Road.

Hogan is charged with Eluding – 2nd or Subsequent Offense, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, Driving While Barred, and numerous traffic and equipment violations. If convicted on all charges, he faces a maximum of 12 years in prison.

Hogan was convicted of another eluding incident in the Tiffin area last year when a deputy attempted to stop him near the intersection of South Park Road and 340th Street in late December.
